Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pastty ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Pastty grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your macOS devices for personal or commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Rent, lease, or lend the App to third parties
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Remove any proprietary notices from the App

Ownership

The App, including all intellectual property rights, is owned by Pastty and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Updates and Changes

We may release updates, bug fixes, and new features for the App from time to time. These updates may be installed automatically or may require manual installation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PASTTY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pastty and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
